Great hotel,excellent staff,and great restaurant service and food.We have been several times over the years,and have no problem in recommending this hotel.We will definitely be returning again in the future.

Clean and tidy, spotless surroundings, great food and service from all the staff, excellent facilities and entertainment, lovely selection of beers and drinks etc, very easy to pay with your brill discount payment scheme.

Een werkelijk fantastisch hotel op een zeer goede plek. Fijn behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie, zeker Laura is heel vriendelijk een aanwinst is zij voor het hotel. Leuke entertainment in de avonduren.

Great room + storage, very helpful + friendly staff across the whole hotel, superb food especially New Year's Eve + enabled us both to follow our dietary restrictions. The location is suitable for those of us with mobility challenges.

We have come to this hotel for the last 4 years in January. The location on the beach front is great, the hotel staff are helpful and welcoming, the hotel rooms are clean and have good size bathrooms, the choice of food at the buffet is extensive, well prepared and replaced frequently. New year's Eve food, drinks and good party atmosphere.

One of the nicest hotel we have been in. Where to start, on arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, The checking in process was quick and very informative. Helpful with any questions. The rooms are bright and of a high standard. The cleanliness is due to the household staff The food in the restaurant was very good quality, plenty of choice and variety. The chefs and kitchen staff are one of the hidden assets of the hotel. Not often seen but provide an important part of any holiday. The staff in both the dining room and bar work hard and are very friendly, and provide a high level of customer service. Great position in the old town. We stopped over New year and it was an amazing day and evening. Thank you to all the staff, front of house and behind the scenes. There is a special chemistry in this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel lovely staff the food is excellent spotlessly clean they cannot do enough for you from the moment you walk in to until it’s time for go home it’s in the old town and facing the sea
