Can I use the wellness at the Hotel del Golf Playa?

At the Hotel del Golf Playa you can enjoy our facilities for your comfort and relaxation:

Are drinks included in my booking?

Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).

However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

Bath or shower? Can I choose?
The Hotel RH Corona del Mar has a large number of rooms with  shower and others with bath. You can request it when making the reservation or discuss it directly at reception, but in no case can it be 100% guaranteed. Of course, on behalf of RH Corona del Mar we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.

How can I book parking in some of our hotels?

You can book the parking service in our hotels during the reservation process of the hotelesrh.com website. To do this you must indicate the number plate of your car.

The parking cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours before your arrival, after this period €20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Free transfer

Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your e-mail & password.

You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.

Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.

From RH hotels we are aware of the current situation in which we find ourselves, that is why all clients who make their reservation through our official website will have FREE CANCELLATION up to 72 hours before 12.00 midday on the day of arrival.

What time is check-in and check-out at RH hotels?

You will be able to enjoy your room from 16:00pm on the first day of your booking. Nevertheless, at RH Hotels we do our best for the room to be ready before 14.00h. With regards to check-out, this should be done before 12pm on the day of departure.

Do I need to add children or babies to the booking?

Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant.

The hole needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.

When malking a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after  this, they are considered adults.

What do I do if I don't recieve the confirmation e-mail from the hotel?

It could be that the e-mail sent by RH Hotels was has gone in your spam or spam folder.

In any case, if your reservation has been confirmed on screen and we have given you a reference number, you can access the details of your reservation and the voucher through My Reservations on our website hotelesrh.com after accessing with the log in.

Do I need to advise the hotel if I arrive after16:00h?

It is necessary that you contact the hotel directly if the expected arrival is later than 4:00 p.m. (the telephone number appears on the reservation), otherwise the hotel can make the room available to other guests.

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?

We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.

The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).
