Just got back from this fantastic hotel, food, pool and rooms are excellent. We had a sea view this time so pleased we paid the extra, last time we had a room at the back which was also lovely. Staff exceptional all friendly and welcoming, this hotel is situated in a beautiful location just past the old town near many bars and right across the road from the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will be back.

All the staff are very good and helpful but reception were fantastic. We ave stayed here last year and a few times before that. RH hotels and the hotel management are to be congratulated. WE have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm, but this is the best. Over the years , and in other European countries including much time in Tenerife.

Fantastic hotel, great food, super super friendly staff (except the person who is in the spa), the girls at the reception are great and the cafeteria staff are top 10 with special mention to Federico, the rooms are very good and the pool is great We had a great time, 100% recommended

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Cannot fault anything. Food great, staff courteous & friendly. Hotel exceptionally clean. Pool area tidy & well kept. The area was much quieter the levante side. Great bars & atmosphere in the old town. Already booked for next year.
